Entrepreneurship And Soft Skills Training 1.0

Our Entrepreneurship and Soft Skills Training is designed to equip unemployed and underemployed youths in Africa with the needed skills to become self-reliant entrepreneurs or successful employees. Since 2021, about 284 youths have benefitted from this training while 152 of them are now into direct and learn and earn jobs.

Our Entrepreneurship and Soft Skills Training is designed to equip unemployed and underemployed youths in Africa with the needed skills to become self-reliant entrepreneurs or successful employees. Since 2021, about 284 youths have benefitted from this training while 152 of them are now into direct and learn and earn jobs.

These young people are trained in class on the following modules: Entrepreneurship and Business Strategies, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Team Work, Customer Care, and Relations, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, CV Writing, and How to Connect to Jobs.

At the end of class training, participants can choose either of two tracks:

  1. Entrepreneurship track: trainees can further explore digital or vocational skills training and start earning using their heads or hands. Under this track, participants are connected to a trainer in Web Design and Development, Graphics Design, Printing, Branding, Cake Making, Garment and T-shirt Making, Fashion Design, Leather works, Digital Marketing, and Photography.
  2. Job Placement: trainess can also make a choice of getting connected to jobs in various fields like ICT, education, hospitality, non-profit, retail, etc.
Curriculum: Problem-Solving Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Business Strategies, Customer Care and Building Relationship, Team Work, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, CV Writing, and How to Connect Jobs.
